Kromestar ‘My Sounds’

If you’ve ever listened to Dubstep in your life with any remote interest, chances are you’ve come across the music of Kromestar. This is a producer that was there at the beginning of Dubstep’s original inception and still continues to release a form of Dubstep that stays true to its musical roots, yet still manages to push musical boundaries within the scene and beyond with his genius output.

His cult classic track ‘Kalawanji’ Featuring Cessman that was released all the way back in 2006 on Mala’s Label, Deep Medi Musik, is undoubtedly one of the biggest Dubstep records of all time and the man is still going strong, nearly 15 years on.

He has released an abundance of records with various labels such as Hotflush, SouthSide Dubstars, Dubstar Records, Deep Heads, and more recently with Om Unit's Cosmic Bridge and his own imprint Nebula Music.

DJ support globally includes the likes of Mary Ann Hobbs on BBC Radio, DJ Htacha on Kiss FM, N-Type on Rinse, Skream & Benga, Plastician, all the way down to the bedroom DJ’s pushing out the music, Kromestar is a name that has traveled far and wide.
